How do I cancel?
Email us or call us. Your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and there are no further charges after that.
If I cancel, do I get a refund for the unused days?
No. We don't issue partial refunds for unused days inside a paid month, which is why you can cancel at any time and use what you've paid for.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
The site comes down, because it runs on our platform. Your domain stays yours, and you can point it anywhere you like.
