Refund Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

The 10-Day Promise

If your website is not live within 10 business days of completing the onboarding form — through our fault, not yours — your first month is free. We will apply a one-month credit to your account.

"Live" means the website is published on your domain with forms, chat, and call forwarding working. It does not include carrier approval of your text-messaging number, which is outside our control.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel at any time. When you cancel:

• Your service continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• No further charges are made after that.
• We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a paid billing period.

Exceptions

If we terminate your service without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid days on a prorated basis.
